~ Arizona - Peoria Ceremony RSVP Information ~
Thank you for your interest in our National Youth Arts Awards ceremony. Below are more details regarding date, time, and place. If you are interested in attending,
you will need to register using the form below. If you are
unable to make the date of the ceremony nearest you, please feel free to RSVP for one of the other
ceremonies that better fits your schedule. Dress is summer formal.COST:
Award Winners and Nominees get 1 free ceremony ticket for themselves.
Annual Student Members, Patron, and Vendor Members get 1 free ceremony ticket.
Lifetime Student Members get 2 free ceremony tickets.
School Members, Arts Company Members, and Benefactors get 2
free ceremony tickets.
Additional ceremony tickets: $20

Ceremony Portfolio for Agents: Award recipients and nominees are eligible for
talent agency submissions. If you're interested in having NY and LA agents review your headshot/resume, please email them
to rob@nationalyouththeatre.com.
If any of the agencies are interested, you'll be contacted directly via the email on your resume. Reminder:
Your resume should only have the email and cell of someone over the age of 18 (your parent or guardian).
SOLD OUT! I'm afraid the Peoria
ceremony is sold out. We are holding a few seats for individual award winners and
performers who have not yet RSVP'd. All others have been put on a
waiting list in case some of those seats go unused. If you are an individual
award winner or performer, please RSVP below and let the registration know when
you arrive that you registered today. If you're not an individual award
winner or performer, we will have to see if we have any empty seats once everyone is
seated at the ceremony, and if so, we will fit in as many as we can for those
who risk the trip on Sunday night. We are very grateful for your interest and
apologize for the inconvenience.
