Thank you for your interest in our National Youth Arts Awards ceremony. Below are more details regarding date, time, and place. If you are interested in attending,
you will need to register using the form below. If you are
unable to make the date of the ceremony nearest you, please feel free to RSVP for one of the other
ceremonies that better fits your schedule. Dress is summer formal.
COST:
Award Winners and Nominees get 1 free ceremony ticket for themselves.
Annual Student Members and Vendor Members get 1 free ceremony ticket.
Lifetime Student Members get 2 free ceremony tickets.
School Members, Arts Company Members, Patrons, and Benefactors get 2
free ceremony tickets.
Additional ceremony tickets: $20

PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering the day of the event, please note that we do not expect a sellout so please come on out.
You can use the form below to get your tickets, print them out, and give them to the usher. If purchasing a yearbook or
T-shirt, please present them to the registration table to pick up your T-shirts/yearbooks. Walkups will also be accepted
at the registration table.
IMPORTANT: If you are an individual award winner and RSVP'ing today, please
visit the registration table and ask them to let
Rob Hopper know that you are there to accept your award. Otherwise we may not realize you registered today and are present for your
award. If we do skip your award, please go back stage and let Rob know you're there. Thank you!
