Annual National Youth Theatre Awards!
~ RSVP Information ~
Thank you for your interest in our National Youth Theatre Awards ceremony. Below are more details regarding date, time, and place. If you are interested in attending,
you will need to fill out the RSVP form below. We should have room to accommodate
everyone who would like to come, but please note that the award winners, all
members of winning ensembles and/or "outstanding productions," their directors, and other invited guests will be given first priority. Additional guests will be
confirmed on a first-come basis depending on availability after June 3.
Regardless, please feel free to RSVP now to ensure a higher priority. Dress is
fairly formal (see photos from last year's event): 2006 NYT Scrapbook
There is
no charge for attending!
*** Please Note! ***
There is plenty of room at the Herberger Theatre for all those who would
like to attend tonight's ceremony. If you are rsvp'ing the day of the awards
ceremony, or if you have previously rsvp'd but for some reason have not received
a confirmation, please consider this your confirmation. We will definitely have
the seats to accommodate you! See you soon!
*** Phoenix Hotel Reservations ***
The Hotel San Carlos
has offered to give attendees of the National Youth Theatre Awards a special
rate -- only $59/night! If you'd like to get in on this deal:
Go
to their website at www.hotelsancarlos.com
Click on
"Reservations and Rates" in the upper right hand side of the screen.
This will take you to the Reservations Screen.
At the bottom of the
screen, it lists several links. Choose the one that says "Corporate
Rates".
Once you click on that,
a box will pop up and ask you to "type your Corporate Access Code in the
box below" . Type VYT and click ENTER. Then just proceed
as normal using the calendar on the left hand side to select the stay date(s) in
August, and the $59 price will automatically come up for any date between August
8 and August 31.
