STARLIGHT COMMUNITY THEATER
Honors Amy Bennett
With great sadness, we share that our Amy Bennett, daughter of Starlight Community Theater co-founder, Pat Bennett, and Terry Bennett, passed away on Monday evening. Amy was involved in a tragic accident where she was hit by a semi-truck while on her bike in Jackson Hole, WY.
Starlight Community Theater is dedicating the opening show of the new season, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, to the memory of Amy Bennett. To continue her legacy, Starlight Community Theater will accept funds given in her memory to the Starlight Community Theater Educational Scholarship Fund. Please contact Raquel Jarvill at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to participate in honoring Amy in this way.
Amy was actively involved in the Starlight Community Theater, acting in several productions and volunteering at educational summer camps from SCT’s inception until she received a scholarship to pursue her degree in theater at the University of N Colorado. Amy was an accomplished actress, a triple-threat in drama, music, and dance, a kind, inspiring mentor to fellow actors, and shared the gift of encouragement and laughter with all she met. We are blessed to have known Amy Bennett and to continue her legacy through the Starlight Community Theater Education Scholarship Fund.
