San Diego Junior Theatre Brings Enchantment to La Jolla with
A Midsummer Night’s Dream
 

 

San Diego – San Diego Junior Theatre presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream, William Shakespeare’s delightful romantic comedy illustrating how “the course of true love never did run true”.   

A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Ed Hollingsworth, local actor and educator, opens at the La Jolla YMCA Firehouse on Friday, March 19, and runs through March 28, 2010. Performances are at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2 p.m. on Sundays.  The show is recommended for ages 8 and up. The La Jolla YMCA Firehouse Theatre is at 7877 Herschel Avenue in La Jolla.  

San Diego Junior Theatre has embarked on its 62nd season with nine productions at their sites in Balboa Park and La Jolla. A private, non-profit organization, Junior Theatre is dedicated to providing all youth, ages 4 – 18, an opportunity to experience theatre arts through innovative classes, camps, performances and outreach programs.
