Musical Theatre of Anthem to Perform Disney’s Jungle Book KIDS

Anthem, Ariz.  September 15th, 2010 – Musical Theatre of Anthem (MTA) announces performances for Disney’s Jungle Book KIDS.  The jungle is jumpin' with jazz in this exciting Disney classic! Join Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Specially adapted from the beloved film, this musical includes all your favorite Disney tunes, like "The Bare Necessities," and "I Wanna Be Like You." Colorful characters and that toe-tapping jungle rhythm makes Disney’s Jungle Book KIDS a fun event for all.  

Directed by the very talented Laura O’Meara, Vocal Directed and Choreographed by Valley Professional, Shawna Quain, and Assisted by Sarah Brayer, this show is sure to be a crowd-pleaser for audiences of all ages.  “The cast is having a blast,” states Hammond. “It really shows in their faces; they light up when they are performing, and sing their hearts out. We are so pleased with how terrific they are!” 

Performances will be held November 4-6 at 7:00 p.m and November 6-7 at 3:00 p.m. at Boulder Creek High School’s Mini Auditorium.  Tickets prices are $18 for Adults and $15 for Students, Seniors, and Children 12 and under.
