Lilly the mouse was first introduced in the book Chester by Kevin Henkes, but has become a star in her own right, and now brings her stories to the Lexington Children’s Theatre stage. Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse, based on the book of the same name, tells the story of the young rodent and how she learns some important life lessons about friendship, family and forgiveness. The whole family will enjoy this heart-warming mouse tale.
