First produced in 2008, EVCT is bringing back this audience favorite to close out its 20th season of providing quality entertainment for youth and their families. This timeless tale relates the story of a cyclone that carries Dorothy and Toto to the magical Land of Oz. The Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, and Tin Woodsman join Dorothy on a journey to meet the great Oz. After encountering the Wicked Witch of the West and her winged monkeys, Dorothy and her friends find the wizard, who grants them their wishes. Different music, the same great characters, and a familiar story will delight audiences of all ages.

This entertaining production features a huge cast of 41 talented youth age 8-18 from all over the Valley. Music is directed by EVCT Producing Artistic Director Karen Rolston, with choreography by Jennifer Duxbury.
