Arya's Rock: A Video Game Adventure

East Valley Children's Theatre presents Arya's Rock: A Video Game Adventure by Mark Smolyar on June 18-28, 2015 at the Mesa Arts Center, 1 E. Main. St, Mesa.  The world premiere of this brand new work features a cast of 31 talented youth age 8-18, directed by Joel Cranson, with original music by award winning student composer Karalyn Schubring.

Living a life that is ruled by video games, Jacob is not too far from your average teenager.  But what happens when he gets thrown into the world of one of these video games?  Follow the journey of a boy who is transported into the realm of Arya's Rock, a world where unrest is seeping through every beach, forest, and island.  Jacob, aka Osa, is the hero of the land that legends speak of.  He joins a group of travelers and journeys through villages and towns big and small, strange and stranger, until he finally finds the all-powerful gem known as Arya's Rock.
