Bio: Take a step into Torrey’s life, and you will know she doesn’t do anything without purpose. She steps into projects, willingly, fearlessly, though she always gives herself purpose in the pursuit of her vocal career. Ever since she knew she could sing, joining many rock and Latin bands all over San Diego at about age 13, and performing for a variety of musical theater venues since age 9, she knew that performing was what she was born to do.

Torrey considers herself to be a highly unique musical artist, as her looks make her appear rather innocent, and soft, but her true passion is for fiery, soulful music, such as gospel and R&B. She feels it is what truly comes most naturally to her, making her much different then an average California blonde. Though on the surface to many she can often appear a bit shy in intimate situations, the minute she steps on the stage, she brings on a whole new persona of fire and sass, making the stage truly a home for her. Though only 17 years old, Torrey has had the privilege to accomplish many incredible things, and work with many incredible people. She has sung the national anthem for the National Football League and the US Tennis Open, her biggest audience being over 50,000 people. Furthermore, she has had the privilege to work with many highly influential people, such as Dorian Holley, who was Michael Jackson’s producer for 15 years, as well as the American Idol vocal coach for 9 years, LA Photographer Extraordinaire Deidhra Fahey, and LA vocal coach David Curry.

Torrey released her first single to iTunes on December 10th, 2010, titled, “Goodbye (That’s Enough).” She plans to attend college in the Los Angeles area, all while continuing to market herself and make connections within the business.
